Building muscle is easy! All you need is 21 days!

Just give me a few weeks
In this internet age we have become very accustomed to thing happening RIGHT NOW!  None of this waiting for movies to come out on DVD, we can stream movies instantly that are still in the theaters. You can cook dinner, pay your taxes, watch your favorite shows, even take university level courses, all in a fraction of the time it used to take thanks to technology. Even building muscle and losing fat has been taken to light speeds. Apparently it is possible to gain 20 pounds of muscle in only a few weeks, all while losing bodyfat and getting stronger. Really?

I am not going to get too long winded on this subject simply because it really does not warrant much of my time. Human physiology has not changed just because the internet was invented.  The facts still remain that,

  • Building muscle naturally takes years not weeks.
  • Unless you are an absolute newbie to training or obese you cannot gain muscle and lose fat at the same time.
  • Oops! One too many weeks!
  • Gaining muscle requires a calorie surplus, losing fat requires a calorie deficit, PERIOD!
So I am sorry to burst peoples bubbles but yes you did waste your money on that $39.95 program that promised you bulging muscle and rippling abs before spring, oh and you also wasted your money on that bottle of "Ultra Ripped Freak Mass".  Perhaps if your interested,  you can get a University degree in a few weeks online and start making $10.000 a week from home in your spare time. How does that saying go? If it sounds to good to be true....  Enjoy your day.
