Strengthen Deadlift or Work Quads With the Deadlift from Deficit Variation

The deadlift from deficit can be used for many different reasons, some of which include:
- Strengthen an area of deadlift you are weak in
- Strengthen your lower back (important to keep proper form)
- Force quads to work harder
- Strengthen deadlift from the floor
- Increase flexibility
- Is a work around for some equipment limitations
- Can be used to help with injury recovery
