Ramp Up Your Reps With Pauses at Various Points...
When fitness training if you add pauses at various spots within your reps it adds difficulty and reinforces your technique.Insert pauses while doing squats, pull ups or pretty much any exercise.
This is something you would add to your fitness regime and not as a replacement to any current exercise.
